The STEL project was a collaboration between Serena Hotels and Telenor, focused on deploying smart Android devices across 350+ hotel rooms to enhance the guest digital experience.
For this project, I designed the UI/UX of a custom Android-based application that was pre-installed on smartphones placed in guest rooms. My role included leading the end-to-end design execution, covering device branding, promotional content creation, and coordination for logistics and technical deployment. The solution helped create a seamless in-room digital interface for hotel guests, combining hospitality services with smart device accessibility.
